A Pennsylvania woman underwent a root canal, followed three months later by a bridge installation. Two weeks later the bridge cracked and the patient developed an infection. The patient required extractions and permanent implants. A medQuest dentist reported that both the root canal and the bridge installation were performed negligently. The patient's pain and suffering and subsequent oral surgeries were preventable.
