The Retrieval Process
With the assistance of our partner, Keais Records Service, we obtain and deliver medical and other records via the internet or hard copy. To gain access to the records, we utilize a written client authorization or court subpoena. We then issue your request, advance any fees and rely on our call center representatives to follow up with provider to obtain the records (certified upon request) in a timely manner. Once obtained, the documents are then scanned and uploaded to your secure website in Adobe PDF or TIFF format, or distributed to other interested counsel upon request - particularly valuable in Class Action and Toxic Tort litigation.
