The purpose of this letter is to thank you for your assistance in locating experts for us for the past ten years. Following are our additional comments:

1. The wide range of the specialties of your experts is quite impressive;
2. All of the experts we have used through your service have been well qualified and very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise; and
3. All of the experts have been easy to contact and deal with (the rare instances when we have had problems contacting an expert, one call to your office and, within a short period of time, we have received a response back from someone from your staff or the expert).

Over the years we have tried other expert-finding services and, generally, have ended up dealing with experts who were either unwilling or unqualified to testify at trial.

We would be remiss if we did not once again emphasize the caliber and quality of the experts you have provided; they are objective in their analyses, and we have not dealt with any who seem to be either plaintiff or defendant oriented. Rather, they are oriented only toward the truth and fairness.
